The Parc des Aiguilles is a 60-hectare logistics business park near Marseille that meets the region’s economic challenges and enables the environmental redevelopment of a polluted site. As part of a strong commitment to sustainable development, the Parc des Aiguilles will enable the rehabilitation of a polluted area, the development of the largest rooftop photovoltaic farm in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, and the development of a site of high architectural, environmental and landscape quality, dedicated to logistics.
The Parc des Aiguilles currently houses the logistics activities of the Action and Decathlon groups in 2 buildings (592,015 sqft and 409,028 sqft respectively). The Parc des Aiguilles will eventually house 2,152,782 sqft of logistics space.
