We provide rental, technical, and administrative management of our assets and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lease. On the business parks we have developed our teams provide multiple services for the overall maintenance of the park and on behalf of our clients.
Since 2010, we have minimised the energy footprint of our logistics and industrial buildings with the aim of transforming them into positive energy buildings by integrating photovoltaic power plants on the roof. We monitor the performance of the installations providing maintenance and ensuring their efficiency.
Julie Barlatier-Prieuret and Léo Barlatier, co-founders and co-chief executives of BARJANE, are responsible for defining the strategic direction and its implementation.
