On Thursday, February 17th, BARJANE and Mondial Relay had the pleasure of welcoming the teams of the Agglomeration Grand Paris Sud, including its President Michel Bisson, the representatives of the EPA Sénart, the elected officials of the Réau Town Hall, including the Mayor Alain Auzet, and the Mayor of Moissy-Cramayel, Line Magne, to the new Mondial Relay logistics Hub on the A5-Sénart Park in Réau.

This exclusive visit enabled the elected officials to discover this 13,500 sqm building which, thanks to its latest generation sorting process and its strategic location, serves Mondial Relay’s 2,000 Ile-de-France relay points and enables all of the Group’s regional distribution agencies in France to be connected within 24 hours.

Developed by BARJANE, this exceptional custom-made building has a wooden structure with a clear height of 10 m and a span of 42 m without posts, allowing for the best possible integration of Mondial Relay’s sorting process.

The project is anchored in the BARJANE CSR approach, encouraged and supported by Mondial Relay and the actors of the development: low impact construction site, BREEAM Very Good and BiodiverCity certifications in progress, optimized water and energy management, development of biodiversity, mixed photovoltaic and vegetal roof, actions in favor of soft mobility.

Thank you to Mondial Relay and to the representatives of Grand Paris Sud, EPA Sénart and Réau for this visit.
