On the occasion of the 9th edition of the Tour de France de la diversité (French Tour of Diversity) and its stop yesterday in Marseille, BARJANE renewed its signature of the Diversity Charter, supported by Les Entreprises pour la Cité.
This charter is based on 6 commitments promoting diversity and equal opportunities, and fighting against discrimination:
Raise awareness and train our directors and managers, and then gradually all employees, on the issues of non-discrimination and diversity
Promote the application of the principle of non-discrimination in all its forms in all acts of management and decision-making
Encourage the representation of the diversity of French society in all its differences and richness within our team
Communicate our commitment to all our stakeholders in order to encourage them to respect and implement these principles
Make the development and implementation of the diversity policy an object of social dialogue
Regularly evaluate the progress made as a result of the implementation of the commitments
At BARJANE, equal opportunities and the promotion of diversity are core values, and the signing of the Charter commits us to our approach of continuous improvement and progress for diversity.
