Can you tell us about your company ?
What operations do you carry out at your Arcs sur Argens site?
How does this building meet your needs and expectations as your activity is growing ?
EUROTRANSPHARMA was born in March 2011, with the purchase of TRANSLAB and Marc Lainé Laboratories, and is today the French leader for transportation of pharmaceutical products. With around 350 vehicles, EUROTRANSPHARMA delivers every day 6 European countries (Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands). The premises we rent in the Parc des Bréguières is dedicated to storage and to dispatch our products. We also have offices and social areas on site.
BARJANE developed this building according to a specific technical description, in order to meet our expectations and needs. BARJANE was also very reactive and flexible as we needed to extend our surface area, only a few months after moving in, because we had purchased the firm CIBLEX. BARJANE offered us to extend our surface area to a second cell in the building, what really answers our needs.
Why did you choose the Parc des Bréguières as your next location ?
This site is perfectly located. We are nearby the main road and highway networks, so we can deliver the Var and Alpes-Maritimes areas very quickly. The security of the site was also a very important criteria in our choice ans this is one of the assets of the Parc des Bréguières. BARJANE team on site 24/24 and 7/7, controlled access at the entrance and security system (automatic gate, retractable bollards) as well as security cameras, reassured and convinced us to install our activity there.
What was the planning of your project ?
How did BARJANE help to realize it ?
BARJANE did not only respect the planning but even delivered the building before the projected date. We signed a lease with BARJANE at the beginning of 2013 and the delivery was forecasted in April 2014. We were able to start our activity in February 2014. BARJANE was also very reactive when we asked for an extension. Only a few months after moving in, we extended our activity in a second cell of the building.
