Live from the Parc des Aiguilles, BARJANE receives the official plaque for its “turnkey industrial site” label from Benoît Mournet, Sous Préfet à la Relance (Recovery Sub-Prefect) for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.

The Parc des Aiguilles, a future logistics and economic activity zone developed on the outskirts of Marseille by BARJANE, has been designated a “turnkey industrial site” by the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery.

Eventually, on a 62-hectare site, the Park will represent 170,000 sqm of built-up area and more than 1,000 jobs, 700 of which will be created by 2022 with the first two clients: DECATHLON and ACTION.

This label shows the essential nature of the project in the economic recovery and the reindustrialisation of France.

“All the economic key players in the region are here today to salute a project that embodies the France Recovery Plan: ecological conversion, economic competitiveness and social and territorial cohesion” Benoît Mournet.

Thank you to all the people and institutions present for this new important step in the project.
