A few weeks ago, the LPO team (Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux) went to the Breguieres Park, developed by BARJANE in Arcs-sur-Argens, in order to carry out a biodiversity inventory.

Labelled as LPO© Refuge since 2017, part of the green spaces of the park is home to many species. The management and development actions set up by BARJANE to improve the site’s reception potential seem to be bearing fruit, as 4 new species of birds and 2 butterflies have been discovered in the park. In total, 37 species of birds, 15 species of butterflies and 2 dragonflies were observed by members of the OPA in 2020.

Many thanks to the LPO and all its volunteers for their support and advice in this project in favour of biodiversity.
