LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) inventory on the Bréguières Park

The Bréguières Park, developed by BARJANE in Les Arcs-sur-Argens (France), has a real potential for hosting wildlife thanks to its 20 hectares of green areas, its processes of alternative treatment of rainwater allowing the creation of natural pools, and its ISO 14001 certification since 2009. Its commitments to the preservation of natural resources and biodiversity enabled the Park to be labeled “LPO shelter” in 2016.

As part of the label renewal, on Tuesday 10 March, a team of volunteers from the LPO PACA (Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur) carried out an amphibian inventory on the site, around the various water retention basins on the park. This partnership will soon continue with inventories on birds and insects.

A big thank you to the LPO PACA and all of its volunteers for supporting and advising us on this biodiversity project.
