BARJANE has just finished the LED relamping operations on the building for Saint-Gobain – Stac Sud-Est, CEDEO, Point P – on the Parc Saint-Charles in Fuveau (South of France).
A total of 444 lights have been replaced by LEDs, resulting in an estimated energy saving of 73%!
Delivered in 2014, this building has also been BREEAM in-use certified since 2018, and is home to a 2 MWp photovoltaic power plant, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of more than 1,350 people.
All of these actions are part of BARJANE’s continuous improvement strategy, which aims to transform the energy efficiency of existing buildings. BARJANE has therefore decided to apply the ISO 50 001 standard for energy management, the main objectives of which are to limit consumption and produce renewable energy. Within this framework, and in line with the tertiary sector decree, an energy standard for buildings, BARJANE’s objective is to equip its existing assets with 100% LEDs by 2030.
