This wednesday, the Parc Saint-Charles has inaugurated the commissioning of an Air Liquide azote tank with a storage capacity of 50 000 liters. This project, carried out by the Carrefour Group on the logistical platform developed by BARJANE, will allow liquid nitrogen to be used to supply the refrigerated trailers parked on the site. Easy to use and secure, this station is part of a common environmental approach to reduce the site’s carbon footprint. Piek certified, a label guaranteeing the acoustic conformity of such structures, it will also allow the reduction of noise pollution generated by this type of transport.
BARJANE is delighted to have supported its client Carrefour in this project, and to see the Parc Saint-Charles host this innovative station, which is part of the sustainable development of the site’s activities.
