BARJANE, represented by Leo Barlatier (MRICS), took part in RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) training in London, about land planning innovation. This event, gathering many real estate professionals at the headquarters of RICS, had for objective to understand the evolution of land planning policies in France and their effects in terms of contractual relations through environmental, legal and financial aspects.
Leo Barlartier presented BARJANE pooling strategy in land planning on its activity parks, particularly in regard to access, infrastructures and security facilities, green spaces and rainwater treatment, as well as asset management and user services.
This strategy is perfectly illustrated on the Parc des Bréguières where green spaces and rainwater retention ponds have been designed to create a landscaped fringe around the Park while densifying plots built within the site. Many services are available to users like a post office, a temp agency, a bank, a coming restaurant or a parking trucks equipped with sanitary for drivers. Finally, important work is done by the team present on site regarding welcoming, maintenance, and animation of the area.
BARJANE is accredited RICS since 2012. This commitment is demonstrated by compliance with a strict code of conduct and a high level of professional and ethical values.
Thanks to RICS team for their invitation, to stakeholders for their feedback and enriching experiences and to all participants !
