BARJANE is delighted to renew its partnership with the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux (LPO) by inaugurating its fourth “LPO Shelter” within the green areas of the Group’s headquarters in Châteauneuf-le-Rouge (South of France).
The aim of this action is to create sanctuaries in order to set up actions and management methods that are conducive to the development of biodiversity.
After the Bréguières Park, the Saint-Charles Park and the site for Biocoop in Ollainville, this new shelter is part of the environmental commitments made in favour of environmental protection and the preservation of biodiversity.
BARJANE has also worked with the Emanuel School in London to create a biodiversity garden including a meadow of wildflowers, a small pond, piles of wood and rocks, an insect hotel, bird shelters and 2 beehives.
On this occasion, BARJANE is delighted to have been able to bring together all of its employees for a friendly hike commented by representatives of the LPO to (re)discover the local fauna and flora.
Thank you to Aurélien Zorzi and the LPO for this day.
