On 15th July, archaeological excavations began on the Parc des Aiguilles developed by BARJANE, at Ensuès la Redonne. After carrying out a diagnosis, teams from Inrap (Institut national de recherches archéologiques préventives) set up on the future 60-hectare business park in order to carry out the excavations, prescribed by the regional archaeology service (DRAC PACA).

These works, which will last more than two months, will allow the conservation and safeguarding of the archaeological heritage through the study of the site. A process dear to BARJANE, who wishes to design this park with a strong environmental and human commitment. Doubly certified buildings, ISO 14001 and HQE or BREEAM certification, photovoltaic power plants on the roof, user comfort and preservation of biodiversity are some of the actions that will be implemented on this site.

Many thanks to Inrap for its work and professionalism.
